  • How do I get a new password?

    Click on the "Forgotten Password" tab at the top of any page of the website.

  • How Do I Contact TwoWayVision?

    Use the contact page Contact Us.

  • Once I Have Started To Complete A Survey Can I Save It And Return Later?

    Normally once you have started you must complete the survey or you will have to restart it (this is for your security).

  • How Long Do Surveys Take To Complete?

    Generally surveys take around ten minutes to complete.

  • How Does The Answer Scale Work?

    Our usual scale on graded answer questions ranges from 'Strongly Disagree' to 'Strongly Agree', with a hover button over each mark on the scale showing what that one means. Additionally, there is an 'N/A' (not applicable) option for users to click if they feel that the question genuinely does not apply to them. Some clients may select a different scale in which case this will be clear.

  • How Can I Be Certain That My Answers Will Not Be Identified By Anyone Else?

    We recognise that confidentiality is a key issue to the effectiveness of the process. TwoWayVision incorporates a host of security features designed to give you complete confidence in the integrity of the system. These features include:

    • Remote hosting for TwoWayVision not on its clients premises or under its client's control
    • Results aggregated to prevent identification of individual responses
    • The only exception to this is in the area of free text where a user has the option to input free text and the option to be identified if they so wish. In the absence of any individual identifying themselves in a free text box TwoWayVision will not identify or reveal who has made such comments - although the comments themselves will be viewable when the survey is released so please be careful not to self identify.
