To gain staff commitment to participation and engagement in the process it is important from the outset to communicate to staff the process, why it is being run and what will be the outcomes and actions.

If you are to gain the most from any survey you should be prepared to present back to staff:

  • What are the major messages and outcomes.
  • How these will be followed through.

Whilst we can provide services in this area it is our aim to provide clients with clear, easily interpreted, easily understood and reliable data upon which they can then act.
