User Confidentiality

The value of the TwoWayVision process is in the honesty and openness of participants. We are fanatical about confidentiality. All of the results are automatically aggregated with other users. Although there may be visibility of how an area or subset of an organisation responded you will not be able to be identified individually. No-one in a participant's survey will be able to access someone else's replies, other than on an aggregated basis. The information completed by participants is encrypted and password protected. We may provide to clients a list of participants who fail to complete and return a survey.

Users should note however that "free text" answers, where they can make specific comments rather than marking in a graded level scale, are fed back as written. In making any such comments users should, therefore, take care not to answer in a way which identifies them. Free text answers will not in any way be linked to a users other.
