Availability

Results are normally available within 48 hours of a survey closing (and often quicker).

Format

Results can be presented in a number of easy to follow formats:

• Spreadsheet.
• PDF.
• Online.

Where Users have been asked pick list questions (such as office, job type, gender, and length of service) answers can be viewed by group, as long as no sub-group is small enough to compromise user identity.

Further Analysis and Presentation

Depending on the level of service clients want they can either analyse the results themselves or TwoWayVision can complete a report on these and present back to the client. In any event, results formats are designed to be quick, easy and intuitive to follow.
