Flexibility

One of our strengths is the high degree of flexibility of our system. The system is an online managed system hosted in a secure data centre and completed over the web across an encrypted link.

Ways to Run

Surveys can be run in a number of ways:

• By adding email addresses of all people who you want to complete the survey to the system and explaining the process and prompting completion by targeted emails. In this case, each email can contain a distinct user name and password combination.
• By providing a link to a survey for you to email to staff.
• By a link or links from your intranet to a page where staff can complete.

Quick and Easy

Surveys tend to take about ten minutes for users to complete and we normally recommend that surveys are left open for two weeks (we have run much them over much shorter periods and can do so if clients require).

Daily Progress Reports

Clients can be updated daily of progress on completion.
